StarByte is not responsible for losses resulting from a client’s failure to follow reasonable security practices.

9. Children’s Privacy

StarByte’s Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

 

10. International Users

StarByte operates in the United States. All information is processed and stored in the U.S. By using our Services, non-U.S. users consent to the transfer and processing of their information under U.S. law.
